- Do you ship nationwide?
- Yes. We serve all 50 US states. We coordinate freight, lead time, and delivery scheduling for every order, including coordination with on-site project managers when timed deliveries are required.
- Are you the manufacturer or a distributor?
- Nova is an authorized distributor. The equipment is built by the manufacturers — Cretex Specialty Products, Industrial Scientific, Kubota, Everactive, and Sealing Systems, Inc. — and each manufacturer’s warranty passes through to the end customer. We handle sourcing, quoting, freight, and post-sale support.
- Can you quote products that are not listed on your website?
- Yes. The public catalog is a snapshot of the equipment we move most. The actual sourcing range covers pumps and motors, pipes and hoses, sensors, process control and instrumentation, electrical equipment, lab kits, chemicals, valves, safety gear, and replacement parts. Send the manufacturer name and model number (or a description) and we will quote it.
- What is typical lead time?
- It depends on the manufacturer’s stock and the product. Stock items for the products we routinely move can ship same-day or next-day. Manufacturer-direct items typically run two to four weeks. Every quote includes a delivery window.
- Do you accept government and municipal purchase orders?
- Yes, subject to credit approval. We are set up to work with municipal procurement processes, including standard net-30 terms and electronic invoicing.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- No minimum. We quote single replacement parts as readily as full equipment packages.
